Mary Throne is the lead attorney for environmental matters for the firm, with assistance from Jacob T. Haseman and Whitney Agopian. She has been handling these matters since 1990, not just in the courtrooms, but also in the legislature. In 2006, she was elected to the Wyoming House of Representatives where she currently serves as minority whip. In that position, she has worked extensively on Wyoming's carbon sequestration bills adopted in 2008 and 2009. Her background also includes working as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming, representing the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division.
